‘American Idol’ Finalists: From Sanjaya to Taylor Hicks, Where Are They Now?
To be a contestant on American Idol is a dream … but what happens when the reality-TV show’s lights dim? To find out, The Daily Beast launched a special investigative project, interviewing 70 finalists from the first 10 seasons of the show. Some were difficult to track down, with no publicists and defunct MySpace pages.
We haven’t watched the last few seasons so I didn’t know who some of these people were, but it was still interesting seeing that most never made it in the music business.

Zune hardware was a mistake, admits former Microsoft exec Robbie Bach
I know of one person who owned a Zune and he really liked it. He liked the music subscription service too, it was well before the days of Rdio or Spotify. The hardware was never awful, it just came way too late.
