Very nice, been waiting for a Windows Twitter client that wasn’t built onto Adobe Air. Check it out if you spend part of your time in Windows. Tip of the hat to @frohman, saw he was using this and had to check it out.
Two things I’m missing on iPad so far are a good feed reader and Twitter client. I’m currently using Safari with the mobile sites for both but would prefer native apps. The two Twitter clients I have tried, Twitterrific and Tweetdeck, are both buggy, lack key features, & have dark backgrounds. I would prefer a Tweetie Twitter for iPad or Birdfeed Brizzly app, but not sure when / if those are coming. The only news reader I have considered is NetNewsWire but so far reviews on it are poor. Some have also complained the price is a bit high, but I would lay out $9.99 in a heartbeat for a full-featured google reader app.
Just like the iPhone, for me, apps make the platform. Hopefully the iPad apps will be coming fast and furious all summer as more devs get time to release the next killer app.
