Short and sweet Office 2003 review: If you’re a heavy Outlook user it’s worth the upgrade otherwise I don’t see much reason to spend the money. I am a heavy Outlook user and am very impressed with the changes they’ve made. It seems Outlook was never intended for internet email, but now they’ve finally made some changes that make it one of (if not) the best internet mail clients.
